Welcome to Berean Community Church
As the wind dies down, the power returns, and the flood waters hopefully subside, we are reminded of the glorious truth that our Savior has calmed both the wind and the waves. He is in sovereign control of everything.
We now enter the recovery phase of Hurricane Florence. Information has been pouring in as to your whereabouts and safety, as well as the condition of your homes. We desire to rally around each other in this time of need. In addition to the boots on the ground, we have set up a fundraiser through Facebook
We have partnered with Cornerstone Baptist Church (Pastor Daniel Gillespie) in Wilmington. The resources raised will be used first for the members of our two churches, and if God chooses to bless this fundraiser beyond our needs, we will then partner with likeminded churches in the area to assist them as well. Please consider sharing the fundraiser with your friends and family, especially those outside the disaster area.
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
On behalf of the elders,

10:30 am - Congregational Worship - 1 Corinthians

If you are a visitor, please join us in sharing a meal without feeling obligated to bring a dish. There is no better way to get to know you than by breaking bread together.
Who We Are
We are a local church in New Bern, North Carolina that holds the Savior and His Word, the Bible, sufficient for our life. We embrace and proclaim that God is sovereign in all things and that he is only good and just to His creation.
We believe it is best for the Bible to be taught through sequential exposition of the Scriptures. We are currently expositing through 1 Corinthians during our 10:30 service.
Thank you for visiting the Berean Community Church website. We hope to see you on Sunday.
